Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission strives to improve the quality of life for members of the Sioux Falls Community and its lower-income residents by providing affordable, decent, safe, and inclusive housing opportunities that further self-sufficiency and/or independent living.
Our programs
Sioux Falls Housing & Redevelopment Commission provides long-term rental assistance to over 2,000 households in Sioux Falls and Minnehaha County. Sioux Falls Housing & Redevelopment Commission manages non-subsidized, affordable properties owned by Affordable Housing Solutions. In order to qualify for these properties, your household income must meet certain criteria.
