Greenway is a 16-unit apartment complex at 3008 E. 26th Street designed
specifically for persons who are physically challenged. All apartments are
one-bedroom with special accessibility amenities. Applicants from the
waiting list will be contacted when there is a vacancy. Housing
subsidy is available under the Section 8 New Construction program. The rent is based on
30% of the tenant's adjusted income. All utilities are included in the
rent.
