Applicants from the waiting list are contacted about available units that have been re-built or remodeled. These units are located in different areas of town. The landlords are responsible for tenant selection. the rent is based on 30% of the tenant's adjusted income. The landlord and tenant are required to sign a one year lease. The rental assistance can not be transferred to another unit when the tenant moves out.
