South Sycamore Estates is a 16-unit apartment complex located at 2016 & 2020 S. Sycamore Ave. All apartments have two bedrooms. Eight of the apartments have special amenities for persons with physical accessibility needs. Rents are $390 plus electricity and heat. Applicants from the waiting list will be contacted when there is a vacancy.
