Finance Director

Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission is seeking qualified candidates to interview for the position of Finance Director. The current Finance Director is retiring in the Spring of 2024.

The Finance Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, maintaining, and monitoring accounting data and information and preparing and submitting required reports for all programs, projects, and financial activities. Other responsibilities include agency records-keeping, supervising finance staff and maintaining personnel, benefit, and insurance records. Knowledge of GAAP accounting and federal/HUD-based accounting helpful. Provides financial reporting for both the Housing and Redevelopment Commission and small, non-profit development entity.
