The hopwa waiting list will close on september 22, 2025. new waiting list applications will no longer be accepted after that listed dates until further notice.

Our programs
Sioux Falls Housing & Redevelopment Commission provides long-term rental assistance to over 2,000 households in Sioux Falls and Minnehaha County. Sioux Falls Housing & Redevelopment Commission manages non-subsidized, affordable properties owned by Affordable Housing Solutions. In order to qualify for these properties, your household income must meet certain criteria.
